World Around Us

P2AMF planted bean seeds just like in Jack and the Beanstalk. They looked after them very well and look how well they have grown!!

P2AMF carried out an investigation based on the story of The Three Little Pigs. They tested different materials—straw, sticks, and Lego—to see which would make the strongest house. Like the wolf in the story, they tried to blow each house down. The results showed that the Lego house was the strongest, as it could not be blown down, making it the best house for the three little pigs.

P2 AD: Children prepared a healthy vegetable soup for Little Red Riding Hood's Grandma!

P2AMF Penguin Rescue: Ice Melting Experiment. The children used a hammer, salt, sugar, a hair dryer and a radiator to melt the ice to help the penguin escape. The hammer proved to be the fastest and most effective way to rescue the penguin.

P2NI Blubber Experiment

P2AMF Blubber Experiment: The children carried out an experiment demonstrating how animals like polars bears feel in icy cold water when they have a layer of fat or blubber for insulation.
