Certificate Assemblies
At the end of every month, we hold certificate assemblies to honor the accomplishments of our students. We recognize not just academic success, but also good manners, positive behavior, and acts of kindness, among other achievements.
During these assemblies, each child will receive a certificate prepared by their class teacher, and we’ll capture their moment with a photograph. These photos will be showcased on our website and shared on Facebook to celebrate our students' successes.
September Certificate Assembly
Friday was an incredibly busy day at St. Anthony's! We had the exciting honor of a special visit from Sam Maguire, and we also held our very first certificate assembly of the school year. Congratulations to all the recipients!
It was heartwarming to see that the certificates were given not just for academic success, but also in recognition of acts of kindness towards others and to our new students who joined St. Anthony's at the start of September.
October Certificate Assembly
We just had a wonderful time celebrating our certificate assembly for October! A big congratulations to all the recipients who earned their awards not just for their academic success, but also for their kindness, good manners, and the friendship they've extended to others.
Great job, everyone!
November
Congratulations to all our certificate recipients at the recent assembly! These awards were given in acknowledgment of your hard work, excellent manners, beautiful handwriting, and, most importantly, for being kind and supportive friends to others. Great job to all our winners!
Accelerated Reading
At our recent certificate assembly, we took the time to honor all the students who reached their Accelerated Reading Targets. Among them, we had two remarkable pupils who not only met their goals but also read over 500,000 words in the first term! What an incredible accomplishment!
In the coming week, all students will take their Star Reading Test and will be given new targets for this term. We are curious to see who will be the first to hit their target and earn a certificate at our next assembly!
